Brief
Implement multi-modal delivery for Articulate Rise Learning Modules using Zoom and Miro as your tools.
My Miro delivery centred around delivering the content of the course in the PEAK format (see earlier Projects)
Participants had already completed four other Miro Workshops before mine over several hours, so I was pleased to be able to offer a very different experience.
It was modelled as a ‘diagnostic’ workshop, to guage users’ level of confidence and understanding of public speaking best practise, and use the information to provide future targeted training.
The Workshop involved real world scenarios such as the boss who dumps a difficult task upon you with no notice, independent work, group collaboration peer critiques and group discussion, all with myself as a friendly fascilitator.
As the participants move through the activities, they gradually learn about the four parts of public presentation: P E A & K. The activities are presented as a narrative whereby they are given greater responsibility by the difficult boss.
The ‘audience’ size gradually grows and their level of ‘engagement’ oscillates between confused, bored, disinterested and finally, a standing ovation.
